Recorded with example acts and venues.

Meet the hapjam agent roster: one workspace for a booking agent who manages many acts and venues.

The roster lists every page you're approved to manage, here fifty performers and four venues.

Search to find any act in a couple of keystrokes.

Needs attention gathers what's waiting on you across the roster: booking decisions, calendars to check, and acts with no upcoming shows.

Dated booking requests start with a venue. Here, The Glasshouse has asked for Harbor and Pine, and the request shows which side you're acting for.

Contact details are shared on purpose for each request, so you can follow up directly. There's no in-app chat.

When the date works, accept it. You confirm you're authorized to answer for that act, and the venue gets your answer.

The schedule combines every listed public show across the roster, in each venue's local time.

Search for an act to find its next show. A date with nothing listed doesn't mean the act is free.

This show was listed by a venue you don't represent, so it's view-only here. Only that venue's team can change it.

From the roster, open any band's schedule in one click. Every page you manage has its own schedule, and you can switch between them.

To fix a set time, edit the show, change the start and end, and save. The schedule shows the new time right away, in the venue's local time.

Remove a listing that's wrong after a clear confirmation. Removing a listing never cancels a booking.

For a venue you represent, you manage its whole schedule, including acts outside your roster.

Each page shows where its schedule comes from. A saved link counts as connected only after a successful read, and a failed read never removes listed shows.

Many agents keep schedules in a spreadsheet, so you can upload one file covering several acts.

Every row is reviewed first. Two shows are ready and one is already listed. The rest are held: a possible time change, a venue name that matches more than one place, and a private booking, which stays off the public schedule.

Only the ready rows are added, and uploading the same file again won't create duplicates.

Bringing a roster onto hapjam starts with hapjam staff, not the agent. Staff match each page and confirm the agent's authority before granting anything.

A page another team has already claimed needs that owner's approval, and uncertain matches stay on hold.

The agent then gets one invitation for the approved pages.

Accepting grants booking and schedule access only. Owners keep their pages, followers, branding, team and billing.

The dashboard is optional. Agents can start here or keep managing pages one at a time, and choosing a view never changes anyone's access.

We're opening the agent roster to a small pilot group first. If you manage bookings for several acts or venues, email hello@hapjam.com to join.

Built for booking agents

Everything a music booking agent juggles, in one place.

Every page in one roster

See the acts and venues you're approved to manage in one list, and search to find any of them in a couple of keystrokes.

What needs you, first

Booking decisions, calendars to check and acts with no upcoming shows, gathered across your whole roster.

Venue requests, clearly routed

Dated requests come from venues. Each one shows the act you're answering for, the date in the venue's local time, and contacts shared deliberately for that request.

Every schedule, together

One agenda of every listed public show across your roster. Open any act's or venue's schedule to fix a set time or remove a listing that's wrong.

Calendar sources you can trust

Each page shows where its schedule comes from. A link counts as connected only after a successful read, and a failed read never removes listed shows.

One upload for many acts

Upload one spreadsheet covering several acts. Every row is reviewed: ready shows are added, duplicates are skipped, and uncertain or private rows are held.

Who uses booking agent software on hapjam

Anyone who books live music for more than one page: the roster brings their acts and venues together without taking ownership away from anyone.

Independent booking agents

Book bands and solo artists into bars, restaurants and venues, and keep every act's gig calendar current from one place.

Booking agencies

Manage a large roster of acts across several markets, with one inbox for venue booking requests.

Artist managers

Handle bookings and schedules for the artists you manage, while each act keeps its own page and followers.

Venue groups

Book live music for several locations and see each venue's schedule, including every act that plays there.

Access, page by page

Representing an act isn't owning its page.

hapjam staff match each page on your roster and confirm your authority, then send one invitation for the approved pages. You manage bookings and schedules; everything else stays with each page's owner.

  • Booking and schedule access only. Owners keep their pages, followers, branding, team and billing.
  • Bands and venues can still claim their own pages.
  • A venue's own listings stay with that venue's team.
  • The roster dashboard is optional. You can keep managing pages one at a time.

Booking agent questions

Who is this booking agent software for?

Music booking agents, booking agencies and artist managers who handle bookings and schedules for several bands, solo artists or venues on hapjam.

What does the agent roster do for a booking agent?

It puts every act and venue you represent in one roster: venue booking requests, a combined schedule of every listed public show, per-page schedule editing, calendar sources and one reviewed upload for many acts.

Can I manage venues as well as bands?

Yes. Your roster can include the venues you represent as well as bands and solo artists. A venue's schedule shows every act playing there, not only the acts on your roster.

Do I need to own the pages I manage?

No. You get booking and schedule access to the pages you represent. Owners keep their pages, followers, branding, team and billing, and bands and venues can still claim their own pages.

How do my acts and venues get added?

hapjam staff review your roster page by page, match each page and confirm your authority, then send you one invitation for the approved pages.

Can I message venues inside hapjam?

Contact details are shared deliberately for each booking request, so you can follow up directly. There's no in-app chat.

Does an empty date mean an act is available?

No. The schedule shows listed public shows. A date with nothing listed doesn't mean the act is free.

How do I join the pilot?
