What is free for venues?
Your profile and schedule, follower messaging within sending limits, full analytics, monthly reports and the standard website widget. Paid Spotlight promotion and premium customization are optional and separate from organic ranking.
We already use a calendar. Do we have to enter everything twice?
Connect a supported public calendar feed for automatic imports. Other readable event pages can be imported once and read again when needed. The website widget displays your published hapjam schedule.
Will every follower get an email for each show?
No. Fans choose their notification preferences. Tonight alerts and weekend emails help them keep up; venue messages have sending limits.
Can someone else manage the page for us?
After your claim is approved, invite approved staff through your page's Team section. Each person uses their own sign-in.
