Host questions
Is there a fee or commission?
The guest guide, standard QR code and welcome copy are free. There is no booking commission for sending guests to local live music.
Do I have to update the shows?
The guide reads hapjam's published listings each time guests visit. Venues and performers maintain those listings, supported by calendar imports. Schedules can change, so guests should check a show's details before heading out.
Can you set up several properties?
Yes. Send your city and approximate property count in the form. We will reply to confirm coverage and collect the details needed for each property.
Is my rental address public?
We use your property's location to find nearby shows. The guest guide doesn't display the property's address or coordinates.
